The Holiday countdown is on. Most of you are probably already down to those final touches and preparations. But my fellow procrastinators and I are just getting started. I wanted to share some last minute ideas for those of you in the latter boat.
I admit it, I am a traditionalist at heart. I love red, white and gold for Christmas. It's just classic and I know I'm going to love it year after year. But as much as I love decorating with the classics, it's when I'm creating that I tend to go out of my comfort zone. So today I wanted to share a holiday card with a non-traditional color palette.

I think the unconventional color scheme along with the clean lines and graphic angles takes these very traditional and feminine images to a whole new level. And yes, in my creative world there are navy blue leaves and foliage! ;0)
