Sending Holiday Cheer with Kelly

Hello Crafters!

Well we're halfway through the month and I've bought nothing for Christmas. Not a single thing. It's going to be a busy weekend.

Pray for me.

I have been busy making lots of Christmas cards though. I've been sticking to one of two color palette approaches. Every card I've made so far has either been super bright bold color, or really desaturated vintage colors.

I thought it would be fun to switch it up and try something a bit more pastel. Guess what? I was right!

I love that the Holiday Cheer set can be used for a holiday card or just a general thinking of you card. The mittens and hats are really cute and just as versatile.

I decided to go with a pastel rainbow of colors. By die cutting the snowflakes and Distress Oxide panel I was actually able to get two cards out of the deal. Who doesn't like that?

I even had a couple of those gorgeous snowflakes left over. I set them aside to be used at a later date. You know, they were too pretty to just throw away!

I love how the same color combination looks totally different on the white card stock versus the white glitter paper. It's a super fun way to create a tone on tone look!
