Hello! Kara with you again today to share a project {or two} using one of my all-time favorite little stamp sets, Ink Splats. It's one of those sets that can enhance so many different designs or stand alone.
Here I've used it to create an all over design on one project and as a focal point design on another. I've paired it with another great little set called Biggest Fan. Biggest Fan is mainly sentiments, but also includes a few images and tiny ink splats that make these two a perfect match. The other thing I love about the Biggest Fan set is the sentiments can be combined to create an heartfelt sentiment or something cute and funny.
I decided to add a little interest to this otherwise clean and simple design by die cutting some hearts and popping them up in the center of the sentiment. I backed the panel with black to create a nice dark contrast when looking from the side. These hearts are from the Hearts and Clouds Die Set. I had to pull out the Sunshine Layers Die set to add a stitched scallop border to the card panel.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I'll see you again soon for the March Release. Can't wait! To get a sneak peek be sure to follow WPlus9 on Instagram and Facebook!
