Floral Highlighting with Kelly

Hello Crafters! I'm starting to feel the Christmas spirit. How about you?

Stamps like this gorgeous bouquet make it pretty easy to fall in love with the season.

I've used this stamp set a few different ways since it's come out but I really wanted to make those beautiful florals POP! I decided to do a bit of stamp highlighting in order to achieve that effect.

The first way you can make a specific element pop is by actually popping it up. I stamped the bouquet twice, then just colored the florals on one before fussy cutting them out and using foam tape to make them really stand out.

The second way I helped them shine was by making my background monochromatic. By stamping the bouquet in a slightly lighter color and using similar shades of green it takes the focus off the leaves and places the flowers right in the forefront.
