Faux Stitched Woolly with Maureen Merritt

Hi there, It's Maureen here sharing a card using the Panda Woolly dies.

Though it's intended to use with felt, the Panda Woolly die set looks great when die cut from paper too. I simply die cut and sponged the flower and leaves, then drew the faux stitch lines with a Copic Multiliner. This is a quick and easy technique that really makes the dies pop. You could also thread floss through the dies for a even more realistic stitched look.

I hope this inspires you to try a Faux Stitching technique with some of the dies you have on hand. Thanks for stopping by.
