Hello Crafters! I hope you all are enjoying your long weekend! We've been blessed with some pretty gorgeous weather this weekend and since it was my son's birthday party I can't tell you how grateful I am for it.
Since were on the the subject on blue skies and sunshine, let's hop right into the card!
I was going through my stash of WPlus9 looking for something to inspire me when I read that sentiment. Immediately a panda flying through the sky with a handful of balloons popped in my head. I kept the images really simple so I could play up a fun dimensional background.
I love a one layer card that appears to be multi-layered. It just makes me smile :) You can watch the card go from completely flat to seemingly layered in the video below.

I'm such a sucker for a framed image. It really enhances that clean look that I love so much. I'm also a much bigger fan of the card with that thick black border. Sometimes a quick tweek can take a card from something you like to something you love.
