Adding Creative Details with Joni Andaya

Hello everyone, Joni here sharing my take on Freehand Florals and Freehand Florals Die. This set is one that you will fall in love with, no wrong stamping here.

To begin, I first cut my gold stripe panel paper from My Mind's Eye Fancy That! 6 x 6 paper pad. Then die-cut my scallop panel from Sunshine Layers Die. For my sentiment, I heat embossed "awesome" in white and distressed the panel behind it with PURE COLOR Dye Ink in Pumpkin Spice. Then "hope your day is" stamped after in Warm Wool. Both sentiments are from the You Equal Kind stamp set.

For the bouquet, I started by stamping some filler foliage and flowers directly onto the scalloped panel using Hayride and Last Leaf PURE COLOR Dye Ink. Then, I stamped the larger leaves and the roses on a separate piece of white card stock and die-cut the images with the coordinating dies. For the roses, I used Little Piggy, Miami Spice and Gala Red. And for the leaves, I used Last Leaf and Appletini.

I wanted to personalize the images a bit and make them stand out from other cards that are created using the same image. An easy way to do that is by adding small creative details. I chose to add some dots onto the flowers and leaves with a Uni-ball Signo Broad pen. I think this is the perfect and easy way to add just a little something to make them unique.

Lastly, for the final touch, I added some enamel dots in "Last Leaf" from the Enamel Dots Autumn Splendor: Blue pack.

I hope you guys enjoyed today's project! Thank you so much for stopping by, and I hope you have a wonderful week!
