Comment and Win

In preparation for my newest adventure, I have begun to clear out some of my stash. Some of which I will be giving away here on the blog. So here it is, my first official give-away. All you have to do is leave a comment for a chance to win a free Stampin' Up! stamp set.

This is the Yummy set from Sale-a-bration last year and was only available as a bonus once purchasing a certain amount. So it was/is not available in the catalog. It's never been opened or used.

Want to win it? Just leave me a comment answering the following question:

How do you store your clear stamps? Do you have a favorite/preferred packaging?

Leave me a comment by Tuesday January 12th 11:59 pm EST and I will pick a random winner. Thanks ladies!

  1. OOH OOH it looks like I am the first to leave a comment. That has to count for something, right? - grins - .
How do I store my clear stamps?
I have two sets of drawers by Real Organized each set has 5 drawers and each drawer holds 30 Close To My Heart's My Acrylix Stamp Sets. I cannot find any more of the drawers as the company doesn't make them so I am going to have to move some out as I am running out of room. I may be having my own blog give away someday. CTMH also sells their 6X6 inch stamp set envelopes made of heavy plastic and they have My Acrylix Organizers that hold 15 stamp sets. I didn't mean for this to turn into a commercial. Sorry about that :-)

  2. I keep mine in their original packaging. I own mostly Hero Arts clear stamps, so I just keep them all in a container grouped by category. I love the Papertrey idea of using cd cases, however. I've been contemplating switching over to this system.

  4. Happy New Year Dawn! I'm looking forward to hearing about your newest adventure! :) You're full of talent and I'm sure it will be over the top, whatever it is!
As for your blog candy...this is a terrific set that I don't have yet so better put my name in the hat along with the others. I store my clear stamps however they came...for example: the PTI sets are in their cd cases stacked in a plastic bin where they fit perfectly. I've got several other Hero Arts, Stampendous, etc sets that came in clear cellophane and they are clipped up on my Clip It storage rack. I'm excited about STAMPIN' UP!s new clear mount sets and they came in their own terrific cases that fit on the shelf about my desk. How's that for everything you ever wanted to know about my system? ;) Smiles, Pam :)
p.s. if you're selling any current SU sets, please let me know! :)

  6. Wow--thanks for the giveaway! I store my stamps in a plastic tub (wooden stamps)...as for my UNITY/Ippity stamps...I put those in plastic containers that I bought at Target. They are scrapbook activity case. The foam adheres to the plastic and the stamps stay right where they are put! LOVE IT! I also use old CD cases.

    THANKS again:)

  7. I store mine in CD cases from Papertrey. They are then stacked in a Making Memories cabinet that hangs above my stamp desk. Works great for me.

  8. Hi Dawn! Thanks for a chance at the giveaway! I store my clear stamps in CD cases, because most of my clear stamps are from PTI. Some of the remaining clear stamps I have I store them in their original packages in a small wicker basket near my crafting desk. I'm trying to "weed" out my so-so stamps and replace them with ones that really impress well. Hope that helps!

  9. I keep my clear stamps upright in a box so I can thumb through them. Small on space right at my fingertips.

  10. Yummy blog candy! I store my clear stamps in a cd case. I got this idea from my PTI stamp set. Then I store the cd cases in cd box that I bought from Ikea :)

  11. Yippee! Love the stamps..hope I win. I store my clear stamps in a 3 ring binder. The little guys (g studio and other $1 stamps) fit in the baseball trading card plastic holders. Then I use plastic sheets that hold 4 x 6 in photos to hold bigger Inkadinkado and other odd shapes. Then I have them separated by seasons/holidays/themes. So far, works pretty well.

  12. Glad I discovered your blog and have added it to my growing list I read on a daily basis. Love how you used your new Cricut, I've been holding off on purchasing until I see the new Craftwell release at CHA for their machine, then will make a decision which to purchase. Most of my clear stamps are PTI so I have embraced the CD storage system and have even purchased extra holders for those non PTI stamps. I feel it works really well and keeps everything neat. Hope you're staying warm with this freakish weather, I am little south of you(Melbourne Fl.) and it was 26 last night! Never would have thought I'd see that.

  13. Fun Fun Fun....New venture? Keeping us in suspense. Can't wait to hear what it is.. As far as how I store my stamps, all the stamps I own are PTI so they come in this nifty cd case. I keep them all in a plastic show box style case I got for a buck at Walmart... It works out perfectly1 I have never purchased any other stamp sets so it would be great to win one to see if there are other companies I would like to buy from as well! On a side note, I see we both live in Jacksonville! Are you loving this cold weather???? I have to say, I am. I love the cold. Gives me a reason to break out my scarves and hats and boots! :)

  14. How fun! I love free stuff! :) I love to use the cd cases! I don't have alot of space right now, so it's better for storage. And back in the day, we listened to lots of cd's at home, now we are usually in the car, so the cd's are with us in the car. So I had a cd rack that wasn't being used, so I hung it on the wall myself, right above my work space, and I love it! :)
