What a great pallete and I had zero creative ambition. I wasn't going to post it, but I wanted to participate and I knew I wouldn't get a chance to stamp again in the next few days. So here it goes, not my favorite, but what the heck. I'm not too good to post the flops. LOL ;o)
Not too clear in the photo, but the cream cardstock is textured with horizontal lines running through it. Not the best for stamping. I inked up just the word "wishes" from SU!'s Heard From the Heart set and stamped the sentiment. I then used a roller ball pen to trace over it and fill in where the stamp didn't take.
The flowers were super easy. SU!'s flower die cuts and scallop punch. I crumpled the pieces in my hand, layered them on top of each other, and finally sewed a button in the middle. And yes, I said sewed! This is amazing as I have a pair of curtains hanging on my dining room window that need to be hemmed a good two feet! And nope, haven't touched them. But I will pull out the needle and thread for a card. LMAO I'm so ashamed. ;o)
Have a great night and thanks for looking!
