We are back for Day 2 of our October Release! Thank you so much for joining us! For those of you that are new to Wplus9, we will spend the next couple of days getting up close and personal with the products that we will be releasing this month. All previewed items will be available for purchase on October 5th at www.wplus9.com as well as at many of your favorite retailers.
If you are just joining us, be sure to start at Day 1 to catch up. But for now, let's get to today's introductions, shall we?
Today's first set is a little bit country, a little bit folksy...but can pull off CAS too, as I'll show you today.
Heartfelt Holiday
- is a 6x8 clear photopolymer stamp set
- 27 stamps: 18 images and 9 sentiments
- will be available for purchase October 5th for $21
- contains 7 individual dies wired together that can be easily separated
- Approx. Measurements: banner - 2 7/8 x 7/8", cup - 7/8 x 7/8", bow - 7/8 x 11/16", tree - 1 3/8 x 5/8", stocking - 1 3/8 x 7/8", snowman - 1 3/8 x 7/8", house - 1 x 1 1/8"
- will be available for purchase October 5th for $12
For my first card, I wanted to focus on the main laurel wreath that is included in this set. There are several images sized perfectly to fit inside of the the wreath along with several sentiments. I went with a less traditional holiday color palette here this time.
After I had stamped my wreath, I added some hearts and a few little dots to bring in some color. I stamped the tree image from the set in the middle and over-stamped my sentiment in brown. I die cut the bow image from the Heartfelt Holiday Companion die and stamped it with the matching stamp.
I added the fun banner also included in Heartfelt Holiday to the bottom of the wreath and stamped it with the "FROM OUR HOME TO YOURS" sentiment. All of the other sentiments in this set can be followed up with this sentiment. Under that, I added a bigger heart and the vine segment included in the set. I just stamps it twice on each side of the heart.
This card is still pretty clean and simple, but you could certainly "shabby" it up a bit like I did below, using pretty much the same layout and design. This time I die cut and stamped the tree before adhering it with some foam tape and added a little "fluff" and distressing.
Wplus9 Supplies:
Stamps: Heartfelt Holiday (available 10/5/13), Fresh Cut Florals (dots in wreath) // Dies: Heartfelt Holiday Companion Die (available 10/5/13) // Ink: Lake House Pigment Ink Cardstock: Oatmeal
Next, I wanted to show you another little frame included in this set.
Here, I've paired it with the single cup image in Heartfelt Holiday along with some from from Merry & Bright. To anchor my cups, I added a checkered border from the Country Charm stamp set.
Wplus9 Supplies:
Stamps: Heartfelt Holiday (available 10/5/13), Merry & Bright (available 10/5/13), Country Charm // Dies: Heartfelt Holiday Companion Die (available 10/5/13), Merry & Bright Companion Die (available 10/5/13) // Cardstock: Oatmeal, Kraft
The little images are so cute in this set and can be used all alone. Like in this next card...which WILL be my Christmas cards this year! Love the simplicity of it.
I die cut the snowman and just added his scarf. He has a matching stamp image, but I was just going for the silhouette here.
Wplus9 Supplies:
Stamps: Heartfelt Holiday (available 10/5/13) // Dies: Heartfelt Holiday Companion Die (available 10/5/13)
Lets switch gears now and introduce some more new products.
Silver Bells
- is a 4x6" clear photopolymer stamp set
- 15 stamps: 11 images and 4 sentiments
- will be available for purchase October 5th for $14
Silver Bells Companion Die
- contains 4 individual dies wired together that can be easy separated if desired
- Approx. Measurements: bells - 1 1/2 x 1 5/8", large foliage - 1 1/2 x 3/4", small foliage - 1 x 3/4", bow - 1 1/4 x 1"
- will be available for purchase October 5th for $7
Under the Mistletoe Die
- contains 5 individual dies wired together that can be easy separated if desired
- these are stand-alone dies and do not have matching stamp images
- Approx. Mearsurements: bell - 1 1/2 x 1 1/8", bow - 1 1/8 x 7/8", mistletoe - 3 3/8 x 1", foliage - 3 5/8 x 1 1/2"
- will be available for purchase October 5th for $13
Silver bells contains both great images and sentiments. I found myself using the sentiments from this set again and again. Simple and charming Holiday sentiments in a nice, classic font. Can't go wrong there. For this first card, I used the solid double bell image and the matching die cut along with several of the greenery images and die cuts. All are included in this set.
I finished it off with the "Joy" sentiment anchored with some Cupid's Bow card stock. Simple and classy.
Wplus9 Supplies:
Stamps: Silver Bells (available 10/5/13) // Dies: Stamps: Silver Bells Companion Die (available 10/5/13), Clear Cut Stackers: Circles // Cardstock: White, Cupid's Bow
I've got another really simple one for you. But aren't they the best for mass production? Though simple, it's not short on style. First, I stamped the mistletoe image coming in from the around the edges and sides. Then I added the berry clusters, also included in the set, stamping them in red instead of white. For a little something "extra", I added some Glossy Accents to each berry. I told you I was getting the hang of it!
Wplus9 Supplies:
Stamps: Silver Bells (available 10/5/13) // Cardstock: White, Cupid's Bow
Under the Mistletoe has these great detailed stand-alone images. Here I heat embossed the bells in gold. I love how they turned out. I "tied" them together with the detail bow die and layered them over a sprig of mistletoe.
The only thing left to do was add my sentiment. I think this is my favorite sentiment from Silver Bells.
Wplus9 Supplies:
Stamps: Silver Bells (available 10/5/13) // Dies: Under the Mistletoe (available 10/5/13) // Cardstock: White, , Green Acres

ReplyDeleteWow...such sweet cards today, I am in love with all the soft colors, just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI love the look of Silver Bells!!!! Beautiful projects!!
ReplyDeleteI love them all! This will be my first year making my cards and I think I'm going to go with 1 design mass-produced. Ok, maybe 2:)
ReplyDeleteWow, amazing---love everything so far! There have been so many awesome projects and Dawn, I adore your card with the snowman---SO adorable!
ReplyDeleteWow, I am in love with the clean and classy designs you have done here. I tend to make cards for Christmas all year along and I rarely make the same card twice. I love to make Christmas cards. Thank you for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteSmiles,
Lesley
Beautiful! I love all the foliage and the gorgeous colors you used.
ReplyDeleteI love how you've showcased these new and simply gorgeous sets ... sooo lovely! I usually have one card design for Christmas, and add a few extras as I go! Anita (in France) :)
ReplyDeleteOh my more wonderful stamps and dies!! I'm do excited and your cards are stunning!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE these! The silver bells are amazing! And yes, I try to make all original cards. I stink at making the mass production cards...I get too bored!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love your new Silver Bells stamp set. Adore.
ReplyDeleteOh, wauw, you amaze me! I looove the new designs of stamps and dies and also the style of your cards is just totally gorgeous! So much inspiration for the holidays, really needed that to get started again this year, so thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteHugs, wendy
I love today's reveal even more than yesterday, if that's possible! Heartfelt Holiday is calling my name.
ReplyDeleteI usually like to do originals, because I get sick of making the same card after only a few! Plus, I have too many ideas and stamps to limit myself to just one design. :)
Wow, wow, wow! Amazing new stamps and samples today! Heartfelt Holiday is my current fave... just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteMy wish list is growing at an exponential rate...I adore this entire release!
ReplyDeleteSo very sweet..stunning all!
ReplyDeleteI am in real trouble here - love all of them particularly the bells - surprisingly I don't have a single stamp with bells. Just beautiful Dawn
ReplyDeleteReally looking forward to my card making this Christmas - I think I NEED all of these sets and its only Day 2! I like to keep the same design for my cards once I've decided on something I'm happy but add in maybe one or two "specials" to the pile for my Mum and sisters.

ReplyDeleteI like to do a lot of simple cards for christmas since I need so many!
DeleteOh my wish list is certainly growing! There isn't a set so far that hasn't grabbed me. My poor bank balance!
ReplyDeleteAll of my Christmas cards are originals, I totally suck at mass producing one design as I am not organised enough to do that and I just get too bored of it. I much prefer making each card totally different, even though it means I don't get that many made!
Oh my...this release is amazing! Gorgeous sets and dies to match! wow!
ReplyDeleteFab cards, loving the new releases! I do a little of both, choosing 5/6 designs to mass produce, don't want the same card on all the mantlepieces when the relations go visiting! I customize some of them and make some one offs for close family :)
ReplyDeletebeautiful holiday stamp sets!!
ReplyDeleteWOW! So so pretty! I love everything!
ReplyDeleteGreat sets! I usually make 5 different designs and mass produce each of those designs.
ReplyDeleteHeather J.
Oh I love a little but country! These are all outstanding! I create various cards at Christmas! I am an eclectic creator. From CAS to shabby/vintage. Non-traditional colors to traditional! Whatever the mood strikes!
ReplyDeleteI love these. I make all originals when I make cards ;)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh love these ! I thought I had my December daily design sorted until I saw these xx I mass produce my xmas cards x
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh love these ! I thought I had my December daily design sorted until I saw these xx I mass produce my xmas cards x
ReplyDeleteWow, you really have so much to choose from this time!! Love all these sets and how they mix and match to make some really neat festive scenes!
ReplyDeleteRobin
More beautiful sets and more beautiful samples! I especially LOVE your card with the mistletoe stamped around the edges.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I have to say, I just love that simple card with the mistletoe and berries, just so sweet and pretty, I'm loving those delicate branches too!
ReplyDeleteLoving all these cards! I usually mass-produce my Christmas cards....these new sets would be great for this year's card!
ReplyDeleteI mass produce, but do some that are one of a kind! Loving this release! Beautiful inspiration!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful stamps and dies here, Dawn! Loving those mistletoe branches! For the hols, I do a CAS mass production, and then a few special ones for those special people.
ReplyDeleteWow!! I am LOVING the sets for today!! such AMAZING inspiration too!! ;) THANKS for sharing and have a fabulous Week!! ;)
ReplyDeleteThese sets are just so lovely in their delicacy. LOVE that you used my favorite Christmas palette with the first set!
ReplyDeleteLove the mistletoe branch! I don't do mass production of cards, but i do like the clean and simple look of christmas cards.
ReplyDeleteI am in love with everything from this release. I can't wait to order.
ReplyDeleteI love the new sets and matching dies. So beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI make my Christmas cards year round and if I find one that is easy to mass produce I might make 10 of that same design but other than that they are different. :)
Another day of stunning samples, Dawn! Silver Bells is just gorgeous. I love to try to make as many original cards for Christmas as I can, but I usually end up mass-producing a few (not that) simple designs. I can see already that these sets will be just my style for this year's holiday cards.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I try to mass produce a bunch of the same, but I get bored with those, so usually about a third are originals!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE country and folksy, so Heartfelt Holidays is right up my alley! All of my holiday cards are handmade, but the style varies - sometimes I pick one design and stick with it for a group of people (like my husband's colleagues) and use other designs for family and friends, sometimes each one is different (I make holiday cards all year). I wish I could just pick ONE design and make that for everyone so I don't sit there saying 'who should I send THIS one to?...' but I tend to get bored making the same card design over and over and over... thanks so much for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful stamps and cards! I do a combination of holiday cards. I give away all the holiday cards for challenges I've entered. Then if I need more, I mass produce the rest.
ReplyDeleteWOW! I'm almost at the rendered speechless point with how amazing this new release is, and the cards you've created to showcase: FABULOUS! Each one is stunning, inspiring, beautiful, creative. Another day where you and your DT have outdone themselves! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeletec
Oh I love it all. I don't have any "bell" stamps or dies and these are just what I have been looking for. Can't have too many foliage stamps either. Such great inspiration today. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI will make a couple of one design, then a couple of another....I like to mix things up!
ReplyDeleteLove your cards today Dawn--these new sets are just so beautiful! I just tend to make Holiday cards as individual--as a special part of someone's gift.
ReplyDeleteChris L.
Beautiful... Love this release!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful... Love this release!!!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous!!! I can never mass produce. I try but I get too bored doing the same thing over and over. ;)
ReplyDelete*sigh* You're killing my budget with these fabulous stamps!!! LOVE them all!
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I stopped sending scads of cards due to the cost of postage. So any that I do make are all one-of-a-kind and hand-delivered. :)
What great sets! I love the mistletoe die set and the versatility of the Heartfelt Holiday set. Everything will mix and match quite nicely! The holidays are such a busy time of year, that I've taken to sending out photo cards that contain a summary of family happenings. Then, I get my crafty fix by stamping a festive design on the envelopes! :)
ReplyDeleteI create one design for my Christmas cards and then mass produce it. It would take too long to make an original design for everyone I send to. I like all of your cards today because you're using some non traditional colors.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the little mugs...oh and the bells! Have always had a soft spot of holiday bells!! Loving the new release!!
ReplyDeleteLovely cards! I normally create very few original cards for close family members. After that mass producing clean and simple cards.
ReplyDeleteWow great projects!
ReplyDeleteIncredible!! Today is just as amazing as yesterday! Gorgeous cards!
ReplyDeleteLove all the new stamps! I make mainly the same card, but different colours and then some individual ones for my immediate family.
ReplyDeleteWow, these new stamps/dies are amazing!! Love the variety of styles you created and CAS for Christmas is definitely my style. Looking forward to ordering some of these soon :)
ReplyDeleteThis release is awesome!! Perfect for the CAS cards I plan on making this year!
ReplyDeleteOoh! Love those pretty bells! Such fabulous CAS cards!!
ReplyDeleteThis year I plan to make 2-3 CAS designs, using some of these new release products for sure! Love all the ideas you've shown!
ReplyDeleteI am just loving everything you are showing this month!! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards!!! Love the bells! I only send out about 2 dozen cards so I make them all individual - I have plenty of stamps so I like to spread the love!!!
ReplyDeleteEach day is just getting better! I love the new banner, it's just so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOh I just love these new releases! Am new to Wplus9 and now a huge fan! I usually do a combo of both mass producing clean and simple Christmas cards AND one-of-a-kind for special people in my life :).
ReplyDeleteI really don't like mass production so the cards have got to be super simple. All of these sets are perfecrt. Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteAng
Love the bells! So pretty for Christmas.
ReplyDeletetotally charming!!! So much to LOVE here! Every one is beautiful and creative! I pretty much make originals. Every once in awhile I will make 3 to 6 of one thing. Thanks for the awesome chance to win! This is my favorite time of year to be a card-maker!
ReplyDeleteThe gold embossed bells are so elegant!
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful! I've done a little of everything! I've sent holiday photo cards, newsletters and made 3 different Christmas card designs to send to friends & family.
ReplyDeleteI used to try to make all different many-layered cards until I learned how time consuming it is. This year I'm going pretty simple and have already chosen my design. Just gotta get started!!!
ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous Dawn! I always try making unique cards for Christmas, but each season I make about 70 for myself to mail, 40-50 to give to my mom to send, and sometimes I donate a few too! Usually I get to around 50 or so unique cards, then I pick a simple design so I can mass-produce the rest! (my poor husband got stuck slicing cardstock last year to help me out! lol)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning cards! I am super excited about these new releases!
ReplyDeleteOmGosh....this release is amazing!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful, each and every one! Love the new take on the colors and the laurel type wreath. And of course i want all the dies. Great projects!
ReplyDeleteI really love these new Christmas/winter sets! Your cards really showcase their versatility.
ReplyDeleteMore beautiful sets. The new holiday stamps are very elegant and classic with a splash of the WPLUS9 trademark folk art charm.
ReplyDeleteHow pretty...love these sets. I usually make 2 designs (one religious for family and the other non-religious for friends) but keep the number to under 20.
ReplyDeleteThese sets are gorgeous. I make about 6 or 7 designs and make 5-6 cards of each design.
ReplyDeleteI have 9 or 10 people who receive really elaborate one-of-a-kind cards. Then there are the 5-6 people who get a store bought card EEEK! They just don't appreciate the work that goes into a handmade card. i
I am so sunk, another day of amazing WPlus9 inspiration. All these new sets are fabulous fabulous! Brilliant!
ReplyDeleteI used to mass produce one design but that got way too tedious so now I make several of several different designs. i would love to make them all original but that would just take too much time! Loving all of the peeks so far....gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards I love creating originals scene cards n throw in some CAS cards too
ReplyDeleteLove the mugs and bells.
ReplyDeleteFor me: I like to choose 2-3 card designs each year and mass reproduce from there... making a dozen of each design helps me keep things fresh and not burn out. For you: Beautiful stamps. I think the subtlety you pair with "just right" details are so inspiring.
ReplyDeleteFabulous stamps and dies!! Your cards showcase them beautifully!!
ReplyDeleteFor our family card, I usually do a photo card. We travel over Thanksgiving and our holiday card shows where we went. For selling cards, I make each one unique.
ReplyDeleteI love this release so far! Can't wait until the 5th!
I am loving these stamps and dies, they are so beautiful! Especially love the country look of Heartfelt Holiday! I really love making Christmas cards so I usually do all originals. We send about 40-50 cards. I am so looking forward to the 5th!
ReplyDeleteLove them all! I'm in trouble again. :)
ReplyDeleteOhh wow...I love them all. All the card samples are absolutely beautiful. Can't wait till these stamps and dies are available for purchase.
ReplyDeleteLove day two! This is a wonderful release.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards Dawn! I'm just loving all the new dies and stamps from this months release!
ReplyDeleteLove it all!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I want every collection you create!
ReplyDeleteI like to mass produce some and also make some special cards for close family and friends.
Oh, these are all so pretty! I love them all!

ReplyDeleteWow! The samples are AAAAAmazing! I'm super excited about this release and can't wait to see the full release!
ReplyDeleteWow, Day #2 is as stunning as Day #1! Every single set are must haves! I generally avoid mass producing cards for the Holidays, I get bored making the same cards.
ReplyDeleteOhhhh love the bell set! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThese cards are so beautiful and I am so excited to get my hands on these stamps!
ReplyDeleteAll these cards are so beautiful. I make about five different designs for my Christmas cards, that way the same group of people get different cards. Thanks for the chance to win, love your products.
ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic...my list keeps growing and growing! I think I need Santa to come now and bring me lots of new stamps and dies! ;)

ReplyDeleteForgot to write about my x-mas cards - I try to make a design that is detailed and Beautiful but that is still possible to mass produce. This release looks like it is made for those kinds of designs!

ReplyDeleteI just love this set... really looking very versatile. Looking forward to the release.

ReplyDeleteSo cute! Love the sweet coffee mugs, the snowman, and pretty bells!! Looking forward to seeing the whole release.
ReplyDeleteI send a ton of cards out both domestic aand internationally. I like to make 10 cards of about 5 or 6 different designs. What works for me is clean & simple...no buttons or things that would make bumps or come through on the envelope. I need cards that are easy to mass produce and not too much layering. Thanks for the opportunity to win.
ReplyDelete
